parse xml from assets directory

In res/ folder all xml files are precompiled, 
whereas in assets/ folder they aren't.
So openXmlResourceParser() cannot be used with non-precompiled resources. 
This can be done using an InputStream instead.

Replace this:

by this:

And then minor modification to getAttributeIntValue() lines,
they shpould change from this:

To this:

The rest worked without further modifications.
